This premium, ultra-low-permeability butyl (BIIR) hose is perfect for beer and ideal for use in breweries and microbreweries. It is built without a helix and can regain its shape if accidentally crushed. It is equipped with a tough abrasion- and weather-resistant cover that can be dragged on the floor without scuffing surfaces. It is also suitable for a wide range of non-fatty food products. The Brewmaster can withstand high working pressures of up to 16 bar and can be used for some vacuum applications. It can also be used at a wide range of temperatures – from -40°C to +120°C. It is very easy to clean with most common detergents, can be steam-cleaned at temperatures up to 130°C, and is ideal for Clean-in-Place (CIP) setups. It meets major requirements for food contact materials and is phthalate-free.
