Hydroscand's designed timber cylinder is a product composed of materials with a focus on coping with high temperatures for a long time as well as high air flow containing terpene and resin. Viton seals and grease in the cylinder are durable material and retain their properties both at high temperatures and lower. The stainless steel piston rod with its hard chromed surface is kept clean with a uniquely designed brass scraper. These choices of materials give the cylinder a longer life and minimize the risk of air leakage.
