How does the Corona outbreak in Sweden affect Hydroscand?

 

Hydroscand follows the situation very closely. Although, the situation is changing rapidly and it is difficult to predict the future effects on society and our business.

Hydroscand has taken a number of actions to ensure the business to continue as before and that we protect our staff against unnecessary risks.

Hydroscand's operation and delivery capacity is currently good. We keep ourselves updated and continuously adapt to the current situation in order to make sure that we can secure operations and delivery capacity, in the future as well. This is done in close contact with our suppliers and transporters.

 

So far, the following actions has been taken:

  • We follow the authorities' recommendations regarding hygiene and distance between people. We have also informed our staff and our customers how to protect themselves and others with for example hand hygiene advice.

  • Events and activities in the near future have been cancelled.

  • We are trying to avoid physical meetings as far as possible and instead conduct meetings through video conference or telephone.

  • Those in our staff with assignments that allow working remotely, do so, but are of course available by phone and email.

  • Customers, who for various reasons find it difficult to visit our stores, are referred to our e-commerce site.
